  1. I have always liked "tater tots" but I never knew what they were actually named besides some potato things but I'm interested in making them now. The blog appears to be pretty useful in terms of the subject and the difficulty of the task in place. I think your blog is good based on its purpose but a recommendation for improvement is to arrange the steps so it looks organized even if it's sometimes difficult to with this "blogger" website. Overall, I am a bit of a critique but there wasn't much to critique about but follow my recommendation and it should look better.

  2. I always wondered how tater tots stuck together the way they do. Now I know it has something to do with flour. Are you sure this is easy to make?

For me, the formatting was a bit too dank, with its images of various sizes, letters in all caps and colors, but the blog is attention grabbing and I could see how your words would really need to pop out of the screen were somebody to try following along in their kitchen.

I spotted a couple errors in grammar. Like this sentence:

GATHER AS MANY POTATOES YOU WANT (RUSSET POTATOES, SWEET POTATOES, GOLD YUKON POTATOES), WASH THEM AND BOIL THEM 6-7 MINUTES ONLY, DRY POTATOES

    I think that's three sentences.

Overall, this blog gets the job done. I now feel pretty confident that I could pull this cooking technique off, especially with your helpful measuring ratios.
